Great White Shark enters the Dragon

Greg Norman, known as The Great White Shark during his playing days, has been appointed exclusive advisory coach of the China national golf team.
His mandate: to prepare them for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
Norman, a two-time major winner, will instill a plan of instruction, nutrition, mental training and course management as well as making regular visits to the training facility in Nanshan, Guandong province.
"I look forward to helping develop the CGA's training programme and playing a mentoring role for the national team," Norman told Golfweek.
"I genuinely believe that China as a nation will continue to grow as a major contributor to the game of golf on a worldwide basis."
It is Norman's task to not only prepare the side for the Olympiad but also bring in a sustainable program to help improve China's golf standing beyond the games.
"I've always advocated for the growth and accessibility of the game and look forward to working with the CGS to bring my experience and longtime support of junior golf to China," Norman said.
"My role is not only to help prepare the China national team for international competition, but to also teach social skills, etiquette, honesty and self-confidence in giving young Chinese golfers a pathway to their future as adults."
