American Ladies Golfer Michelle Wie has confirmed that she will be competing in the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters on December this year.
The world number 7 will join a host of Europe’s top golfers in the event, which will be the finale of the Ladies European Tour Season.
It will be her second appearance in the Tournament. Last year she finished second behind Koreas In Kyung Kim.
Wie recently won her second career victory at the CN Canadian Open, where she lead the tournament from start to finish and beat some of the biggest names in ladies golf, including Suzanne Pettersen, Kristy McPherson and Jiyai Shin.
Michelle is hoping to improve on her performance this year
“Obviously, my number one goal is to win the tournament, but I can't really control all of it. What I can control is how hard I try and what I can do. What I can do is to have fun out there and just play the best I can.” Said Wie
She has just been named in Time magazine as one of the 100 people who shape our world. An impressive accolade for a golfer who is only 20 years old
