Dustin Johnson is moving on from PGA Upset

Dustin Johnson is insisting that he is moving on form Sunday’s nightmare end to the PGA Championship.

Dustin missed out on a three way play off on Sunday with Bubba Watson and Martin Kaymer after being penalized with two shots for touching the sand in a bunker with his 4 iron.  Johnson did not realize it was a bunker; it looked to him as if it had been covered in grass, before being trampled on by thousands of spectators.

"Rules are rules," he said. "Obviously, I know the rules very well. I just never thought I was in a bunker, or I would have never grounded my club. Maybe walking up to the ball, if all those people hadn't been there, maybe I would have recognized it as a sand trap. I knew there wasn't any waste bunkers. But all the bunkers on the course had a darkish color to the sand. This was white dirt."

Golfers such as Phil Mickelson, Camillo Villegas and Butch Harmon, have all offered support and praise for the way Johnson has handled the situation.

As for Johnson, he is now spending few days away from the golf course, relaxing with friend son his boat in South Carolina.
