Square head technology is all the rage at the moment and the Lind MiFW range of square fairway woods takes this to the next level, offering extreme levels of forgiveness and playability. What makes the square design so revolutionary? The square fairway has a straight club face causing the ball to come off the club in a straight line wherever you make contact. Traditional club faces have a slightly curved face so shots that are not hit in the center of the club tend not to go straight. The result: straighter shots, consistently.
Square fairway woods have the highest moment of inertia (MOI) of any fairway wood club head design. What is moment of inertia? It's pretty simple: the higher the MOI of a club, the more forgiving that club should be on miss-hits. That means that if you hit the ball on the toe of a higher-MOI fairway wood, for example, the club head will twist less at impact and the ball will wind up closer to the intended target than it would have with a similar strike off a lower-MOI club.
Annika Sorenstam and US Open champion Michael Campbell have both approved the square shape design! So dare to go square... You will not be disappointed. Features Its revolutionary square design is the newest club head shape and latest technology in golf. It delivers a higher moment of inertia than traditionally shaped clubs.
